Summertime is flying by.

Since I've been gone so long, I thought I'd share a few of my favorite Instagrams from my period of absence. The collages below are surprisingly devoid of food, with the exception of my very first harvest (that was a very happy moment for me).

My weekend in Grand Rapids,  a city I adore and where my sister and brother-in-law abide ::

beautiful produce at the grand rapids farmers' market on a nearly 100-degree day (i was drenched in sweat) | at the holland beach (lake michigan, i love you) with my sibs | lovely flowers at the market i had to resist buying due to the sweltering heat that would have wreaked havoc on them 

freshly picked arugula - my very first harvest from my garden, which is actually growing stuff! | new flowers for our front yard, finally. i got one of the pots at Home Goods for only $7  (originally $17) when i pointed out a chip on the bottom. my mom was proud.
