hi, i'm megan :) 

i'm in my late twenties and married to a wonderful, ridiculously talented man (who is finishing up his last class of his PhD program - woohoo! all you wives of students out there, holla!) we live in an old, charming duplex in the beautiful mitten state with our fluffy, full-of-joy cockapoo magglio.

i am designer and owner behind the handmade jewelry business, pretties by meg. i taught myself how to make jewelry a few years ago when i was laid off from my job at the time, and i quickly became addicted. i like to mix old with new for a vintage-meets-modern style (or vintern, as my hubby has dubbed it).

besides creating jewelry, i much enjoy cooking and baking, (and even moreseo eating what i cook and bake), crafting, TRAVELING, decorating, girl time and cuddling with my hubs. i enjoy being domestic & i don't care who knows it! above all, i am a follower of Jesus & am on a daily journey of learning just what it means to follow Him ♥ on my blog you'll find pretty things and spaces that inspire me (or crack me up), recipes, crafts, and little bits of my life, struggles and all. thank you for joining along!
