i was reminded this weekend just how beautiful michigan is.
check it.
this was the site of our friends lindsey and brad's wedding ceremony.
it was ridiculoulsy gorgeous.
and the weather was just perfect : lows 80s, low humidity and a slight breeze.
i heart michigan summers.
hubs and i played/sang during the ceremony with our friends craig and ron.
we all used to play in a band together with brad {the groom} in college.
(and yes, i dawned the mustard yellow dress 2 weddings in a row.. just couldn't help myself!)

she and craig (below on the left) are getting married in october! yay for mawwiage.
it was so great to be reunited with our college buddies and dance the night away.
what a fun and memorable weekend away.

they are going to have beautiful kids, aren't they?
can't wait for our next trip to chicago to visit them & do married people things :)

Michigan summers are AMAZING! I've lived here my whole life & one of the greatest joys of summer is going "up north." Glad you had fun at the wedding!

Oh what a fun wedding! Weddings of friends, where you know almost everyone there are THE BEST. Looks like you had a fabuluos time - and what a gorgeous couple!

that is so neat that you were able to be part of the ceremony! do you sing? our friend is going to play violin during ours and i feel so lucky to include her. and, the ceremony setting looks like it was picture perfect!
