last night, joel and i joined mounds of people to take in the
{big, bright light show}
in downtown Rochester.

while we were taking in this absolutely stunning display, it started gently snowing - the first snow of the season. it was magical.
joel and i have the luxury of living just a block away from downtown so we will most certainly be taking nightly strolls to admire the over a million points of light.

oh my gosh this is just gorgeous! i can't believe your town gets that much into the christmas spirit! the shops near where i live decorate inside, but the street only has a few strings of lights wrapped around tree trunks... less than inspiring haha! i'm jealous of rochester!

a lot of punching would have gone on if my hubby and I drove by there. We play the game of lights and whoever sees one first says lights and hits the other...softly of course..childhood traditions never grow old! :D
