guess what?? this is my 100th post! 
woohoo!

i started this blog just over a year ago. 
it was basically a way to kill time at my old job where i worked the night shift and it was very slowwwww. 
(i also spent my time knitting, listing Etsy items & paying bills at my job. no joke). 
i was inspired by gussy to start a blog, a friend & former co-worker 
who also enjoyed blogging at work ;)

it started out really just for myself. a place to sort out my thoughts and to keep a written record of my life to some extent. i really had no vision of it becoming this thing that lots of people would actually want to read.

but i am so glad it did :)

and i'm excited to see where it goes from here!

to celebrate this "milestone," i am going to host my very first giveaway!!!
