I have long been a fan of the design style of Marie from Vintage Simple. Recently her and her little family downsized to a smaller home as part of an effort to simplify (love that). Last week, she posted photos of their new(ish) home, as featured in this month's WNC Magazine. Her style is just as her blog calls it -- simple (yet elegant) with a sweet vintage/rustic vibe. My favorite kind of style mixes modern with vintage (what my hubby once dubbed vintern), and I think Marie does that nicely. These phots really inspire me and make me look forward to having our very own home to cozy up and raise a family in one day.
